Entrance: The apartment is located in the 4th floor of a beautiful house without elevator.\nThe neighborhood: Ixelles is a living, multicultural and full of hot spots quarter. The apartment is well located and you will have everything at hand thanks to the little stores near the Chaussée de Wavre (2 minutes' walk), the various stores in Porte de Namur (5 min) and the dozen international cooking restaurants around the Saint-Boniface Place (1 min).
