There is an additional charge for guests who use the hotel fitness center and the swimming pool. Besides, children below the age of 15 are not allowed to use these facilities. The fitness center and the swimming pool are closed on 5th and the 20th of every month.

Parking is available at an additional charge. Guests are required to put a request in the âSpecial Requestâ section upon booking or contact the property directly.

Children under 6 years old stay for free if using existing bedding.

Any type of extra bed or child`s cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management.

When booking 2 or more rooms, please fill out the Special Request with the names of guests for each room.
Guests who require a smoking room must contact the property prior to arrival. This request can be made using the Special Requests box. Please note that this request can not be guaranteed.
Guests booking rooms with breakfast are not allowed to cancel breakfast and no refund will be provided.
Children 1-5 years old stay for free if using existing bedding. Maximum children allowed per room is 1. Any additional child will be charged an extra fee.

Airport transfer is available at an additional charge. Guests are able to contact the property after receiving booking confirmation.
For guests who reserved a room with breakfast, children under 4 years old will receive breakfast free of charge. Children 4-5 years old will be charged JPY 1,630 for breakfast per day.
The property offers Kimono photo shoot at an additional cost of JPY 3500.
All electricity will be down due to electrical inspection on January 9, 2018; January 15, 2018; January 22, 2018 from 01:00 AM to 04:00 AM.
